  1. Colour-Matched Installation Fixings
    Mainline Products offers high-quality façade rivets and façade screws that can be colour-matched to any panel colour, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing installation. These rivets are designed to perfectly complement the facade panels they are used with, providing a cohesive and polished look.   2. Centralising Drilling Tools
    Our Centralising Drilling Tools are precision-engineered cordless power drill attachments, ensuring sliding point holes are drilled concentrically during installation. Without using our Centralising Drilling Tools during installation there is a risk of inaccurately drilled sliding point holes which can lead to undue stress and damaged panels, which can lead to cracks and bends. We have a wide selection of Centralising Drilling Tools to suit all major façade manufacturers and have a large range of replacement drill bits in stock ready for next-day delivery. 

  3. Stand-Off Nose Pieces
    Our Stand-Off Nose Pieces are machined screw-on attachments for many popular cordless rivet guns such as Gesipa, HILTI, Makita and Milwaukee. Precision machined by design, they accurately ensure the installation of rivets into façade panels leaving a 0.3mm space from the face of the panel. This allows for thermal movement and prevents undue pressure from being applied to the panel resulting in damage. Our K14 Stand-Off Nose Piece features a circular contact surface designed for Aluclad Façade Systems and other popular aluminium rain screen panels.
