Solid Carbide Drill Bits for Fibre Cement Cladding

Fibre cement rainscreen panels — including EQUITONE®, Cembrit, fibreC and Ceramapanel — require a solid carbide drill bit. HSS bits are not suitable for fibre cement: they wear rapidly, lose dimensional accuracy and can crack the panel face under load. Our carbide drill bits feature a robust tungsten carbide body with a geometry optimised for clean entry and exit, producing consistent apertures with no panel damage across the full diameter range from 4.9mm to 11mm.

Long Series HSS Drill Bits for Aluminium and Timber Subframes

For drilling aluminium carrier systems and timber subframe structures, long series ground HSS drill bits deliver the accuracy and reach needed for high-volume, repetitive installation work. Available from 6mm to 13mm diameter and supplied in packs of five, they are the correct tool for subframe pilot and through-holes where a carbide bit is not required.
