Our Finishes:

• Standard: Best suited for any regular BS or RAL colours used commonly across a wide range of panels and fascias. 
• Gloss: The next finish up from standard, this great at reflecting light. So it will make fixings look the most 'shiny'.
• Woodgrain: This painting technique creates the illusion of wood once installed. Plenty of façade ranges now incorporate a wide range of earth and nature finishes where our woodgrain would be best suited.
• Metallic: Also known as polychromatic, this finish has small aluminium and other metal particles added to it in order to produce a shiny effect full of depth at the surface. This is popular amongst façade where designs have contours.
• Chameleon: Our signature finish. Chameleon is a colour-changing paint finish that reflects beautifully when light touches the surface.

Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched on working weekdays (Monday to Friday), with the exclusion of UK bank holidays. We use carriers such as FedEx, DPD and TNT to deliver our orders, and they are selected based on several considerations such as size, weight and the delivery address on your order.

Any orders placed outside of working hours, such as weekends, will be processed the next working day as per the delivery speed chosen in your order.

Please Note: Any products (e.g Rivets or Screws) that have opted for our color matching service will require 3 - 4 days to process before dispatch. This is to match, mix and paint after receiving your order. This is because it is a bespoke service and we do not keep pre-painted components on the shelf. If you are under tight deadlines, please speak to us on LiveChat, and we will advise the earliest we can deliver to you.

Returns

You can return this product provided it is new, unopened and unpainted within 14 days to receive a full refund. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to organise and pay for their own carrier to return the goods to our warehouse. For any returns as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.) we will pay for the return postage. Please ensure you speak to our team first, within 14 days of delivery, before sending any items back to us, as this may delay the return and refund process.

Color Matched Products: Any products (e.g Rivets or Screws) that have been painted to any customer specification will be exempt from returns or cancellations from the point it is in production. This is because this service is bespoke to your color and finish requirements. Once we commence painting, we are unable at this point to cancel the order or explore refund requests.
