This 5.1mm replacement drill bit is made to work with the full range of Mainline Products Rivet Removal Tools, including the K16. It's sized to drill out the rivet mandrel cleanly without opening up or damaging the original hole in the panel, so the same fixing point can be reused straight away.

Drill bits wear down — especially when you're working through stainless steel mandrels and tough substrates day after day. Having a fresh replacement on hand means you're not losing time on site or risking a sloppy removal with a dull bit.

You can return this product provided it is new, unopened and unpainted within 14 days to receive a full refund. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to organise and pay for their own carrier to return the goods to our warehouse. For any returns as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.) we will pay for the return postage. Please ensure you speak to our team first, within 14 days of delivery, before sending any items back to us, as this may delay the return and refund process.

Delivery Information

All orders are processed and dispatched on working weekdays (Monday to Friday), with the exclusion of UK bank holidays. We use carriers such as FedEx, DPD and TNT to deliver our orders, and they are selected based on several considerations such as size, weight and the delivery address on your order.
